Let’s say that Ukraine expels 100% of the invading poo-tin Orcs out of their country. Ukraine does NOT step over the ruSSian border.
That now set up, poo-tin orders bombardment, missiles, aircraft, whatever to launch from ruSSian territories. Ukraine now has the right to lob some things that go boom, over the border then. This is something poo-tin does not want to happen, though he may try to spin it on the propaganda front.
I would surmise that once all of the invading forces are expelled from the country that the EU and/or NATO would then come in with a “peacekeeping” force. This will make it a lot harder and riskier for poo-tin to lob shit over the border without bring the full force of NATO to stop it.
The UN will NOT, NEVER EVER send forces to Ukraine because (A) they suck, and (B) ruSSia having veto power would stop it dead. We are back to NATO.
Also, once the Orcs are out of Ukraine, NATO will pick up speed in sending and setting up defensive batteries, so much of what is sent over the border from ruSSia, will be eliminated.
